Introducing the ALII Tool

ALII – Artificial Lift Intake Isolation Tool. This technology is a leading solution for preventing methane emissions to the environment, as it enables operations to be performed without killing the well and without venting (releasing) annular gas to the atmosphere.

The ALII Tool is a tubing isolation valve that provides positive well control before breaking wellhead containment. By design, the patented ALII is the only tubing isolation valve that utilizes the existing rod pump and rod string to function the valve open and close.

ALII allows you to change a polish rod or surface a rod pump under any condition, regardless of harmful gases, bottom hole pressure or temperature. The system eliminates the requirement for water or other more undesirable viscous fluids to maintain well control. A small amount of degreaser or de-waxer is all that is needed to clean the sucker rod string before surfacing it. Cost reductions will be drastic and immediate.

What Makes ALII Different

Product Specifications

• Easy to install, end user friendly, minimal training.
• Multiple sizes: 2 3/8" to 5 1/2" (73mm to 139.7mm).
• Tested and able to resist external pressure up to 10,152 psi (70,000 kPa).
• Suitable for high temperature thermal wells, max 650°F (343°C).

Product Composition

• Standard tool is manufactured with L-80 exterior components and L-80 Boronize internal components.
• The ALII can be manufactured in 13 Chrome, P-110, Inconel, Stainless Steel, etc.
• It can be dressed with high temperature seals.
• Shear pins for snubbing-in on high pressure wells.
